Okay, this craft is a bit different. You have to come up with a picture and then Dawn Dart will photoshop the Proclamation as an overlay on top for about $4-$5.00. This includes a quality 8x10 print. Here are three examples of styles you can choose from. Color, Light- Saturation, or Black and White.
Now, here is the trick, you must own copyright to the photo and then email the picture to Dawn by Feb.8th.
