September Craft Night Tuesday Sept. 7th, 5-8 pm -UPDATED-

Great way to show off the kid's artwork from the new year!

We will have paint in the colors of pink, blue, purple, red, black and brown.

A large beach bag size. Made from a rug and some ribbon.  Very easy and quick.

We have some Halloween window cling vinyl. (pictured bottom center) These can be adhered to tiles or boards for a cute decoration. There will not be a sign up for these.  We only have a limited supply and it will be first come first served.  We will provide supplys, boards, tile, modge podge.   Cost will be $2.00

We didn't have a chance to get a fall decoration put together for the change out boards.  SORRY!!!!  We will have an awesome Christmas decoration coming in November!!

September Craft Night

The new date for craft night is September 9th.  Kristy Clark is the hostess and the one to talk too.  Here is a sneak peak at the line up.  We will be making a board with vinyl and clips to hold our kids artwork  that says "look what I did!"  Also, Kristy will show us how to  make a SIMPLE tote from a $1 rug with a few SIMPLE seams from a sewing machine. Tiffanie Baker will have a fall decoration for the change out boards.  I will have a cheap halloween craft with tile and window clings.  So, if any of you have any leftover tile around, let me know!  We will post picture ASAP.  Thanks for looking!

We are taking sign-ups now and then we will send out a yardage sheet letting you know how much of what to buy.  Koy Lund  mentioned that she would machine quilt  the runners for $15.  (Which is an amazing price!)  The class is free of charge, your only cost is what material you buy.

Change-Out Boards. 

Change the decorations to match the seasons.  Change-out board is $15.00. It will come painted white.  You will be in charge of sanding the edges.  The stars can be painted or modge podge with scrapbook paper.  (We will have paints, but  if you want scrapbook paper, please bring your own.)  This month you can choose stars and/or 4X6 picture frames. (picture will come soon).  At the next craft night in August we will have some fall decorations that you paint for this Change-out board.

Beaded Watchband Kits

 We will do a bulk order from a site called scarletlime.com The bands come in styles of dainty or chunky. Craft night and Sewing class dates

Craft night is tentatively set up for April 21st, 6-9p.m.  Projects will possible be a mothers day card pack, beaded watchbands, and a paint projects.
May 5th, will be our first sewing class. Taught by Koy Lund, we will learn how to make a simple tabletoper using hearts.  Pictures to come soon!

What fun!!!

What a huge success!  Thank you to all that pitched in and helped with everything.  We are planning another craft at the end of April and maybe a basic sewing class in March.  It will be something easy, like a table runner or topper. I will post more in a week.  Until then, thanks again to all those who  gave their time.

Valentine XO's is 8 inches tall. Price is $9.00.    Please pay by Jan. 31st.

Set of Shamrocks.  All are 2 inches thick.  Large is 8 inches tall. Medium is 5 inches tall. Small is 3 1/2 inches tall.  Set will be $12.00. Please pay by Jan. 31st.

 
Easter Chicks are 6 inches tall.  Price is $6.00. Please pay by Jan 31st.

We will be showing how to make two different types of hair bows.  Pinwheel and boutique bows.  These are very easy and fun.  Megan Brenchley will have 3 banquet tables full of ribbon for you to choose from. Prices range from $.35 a yard to $.90 a yard.  Each bow will end up being roughly $1-$2 a piece. Please pay at time of class.

Simple Handmade Card Bundle

Amberly  will show how to stamp and create a simple selection of "thank-you", "Happy Birthday",  "Congradulations" card packs.  Cards will be around $.50 a card.  Great idea for a Mother's Day gift. Please pay at time of class.
